Separate the building from the available space

Compare present condition with proposed work

Ask for a comparable written proposal

Request the exact premises, delivered condition, rent and required charges, parking terms, proposed work and dates. Compare the same lease period and assumptions. Resolve anything material with the leasing team before treating two proposals as equivalent.
